Carol Bandy, Founder & Architect

Carol Bandy is an award-winning, Maryland licensed architect with 16 years of luxury waterfront architectural experience. She has worked in architecture for 20 years. Carol received a Bachelor of Science (Physics) degree from Oklahoma State University and a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Maryland. She holds a NCARB Certificate.

Her great appreciation for urban design, architecture and gardens began on the Philadelphia Main Line in Bryn Mawr during childhood and continues today in beautiful historic Downtown Annapolis.
