The spaces were awkward, there was a 2nd stair that connected the living room directly to the bed, and the master bathroom had an open shower and bench (no curtain or glass) - needless to say, it was not our style. Carol presented us with multiple options for the space (with and without the 2nd stair), and once the spaces were set, she designed the bathroom set-up, along with cabinetry and the laundry along with cabinetry. On top of that, when we removed the stairs, she was able to fit in an oversized linen closet and coffee nook (with refrigerator) on the 2nd floor and a wet bar on the main floor...all of which she designed.
